The BFI have a huge, diverse season planned, which you can read about here, but the RSC's own celebration event, hosted by David Tennant on Shakespeare’s birthday, will be beamed live from Stratford-upon-Avon into various cinemas, including Picturehouse. It promises to be a star-studded show celebrating Shakespeare’s plays and their enduring influence on music, dance, opera, musical theatre and comedy.
