This month’s screening of PARIS IS BURNING (1990) comes courtesy of  VITO Project, a series of free monthly screenings bringing generations of LGBTs together to provide an alternative space to mix, watch films and share ideas. ReShape and The Cinema Museum are collaborating to run the screening.

PARIS IS BURNING (1990), is a documentary directed by Jennie Livingston about the ball culture in New York which has been praised as a thoughtful exploration of race, class, gender, and sexuality in America.
