Running 25-27 April 2014, the third Sundance London is set to feature top independent fiction and documentary film straight from the US Sundance Film Festival alongside live music, panel discussions and special events.

FEATURE: The 2014 feature film programme includes hotly anticipated off-beat comedy Frank starring Maggie Gyllenhaal and Michael Fassbender, Ryan Reynolds  and Gemma Arterton in The Voices, Michael Winterbottom, Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon’s The Trip to Italy and the 2013 Sundance Film Festival Grand Jury: Dramatic and Audience Award winning Fruitvale Station.

SHORTS:  2014′s line-up includes Sundance Film Festival short film competition winners: Love. Love. LoveBurgerYearbookI Think This Is the Closest to How the Footage LookedThe Cut as well as Short Film Grand Jury Prize winning Of God and Dogs.

South London trip-hop collective Archive will perform live after the world premiere of their film, Axiom.

Dele Sosimi Afrobeat Orchestra – a FREE EVENT presented in conjunction with festival film Finding Fela.

Panel Discussions

What goes into a successful film score?  How can music enhance (or ruin) a movie and more? These questions and more will be addressed at The Art of Film Music.

Solo artist and former Pulp frontman Jarvis Cocker is set to join the Hybrid Vigour: When Music, Art and Documentary Collide panel exploring how British documentary is pushing the boundaries in challenging the genres of music, biography and archive film.

With case studies from script to screen Guts to Glory: How Do You Find Your Story? looks at the starting out in filmmaking.
