The Human Rights Watch Film Festival returns to London once more to highlight today's global hotspots of abuse, injustice and terror. So long as you aren't planning an upbeat cinema outing, you can take in highlights such as Dangerous Acts Starring The Unstable Elements Of Belarus which chronicles the struggle of an activist theatre troupe, the documentary looking at the Syrian conflict, Return To Homs, which was a Sundance Winner, and Berlinale winner An Episode in the Life of an Iron Picker, which is reviewed here on this site. Expect many of these screenings to feature introductions or Q&A sessions with the cast and filmmakers.
