Secret Cinema Charity screening in support of Article 19

The film events company Secret Cinema is to stage secret film screenings in reaction to Sony Pictures cancelling the release of its film, The Interview, and the subsequent removal of other films from cinemas including Team America World Police; which was canned by Paramount Studios after US cinemas tried to screen that film as an alternative.

One-off screenings of an as-yet unannounced film will be held in London and San Francisco on December 21. Proceeds from the show going to global free speech charity Article 19.

Tickets on sale from 4pm Friday the 19th December here.
